About the role
- Evolve and maintain Teton’s brand system across all channels, ensuring visual consistency in a fast-scaling organization
- Create and manage a comprehensive, easy-to-use design system including templates, typography rules, color usage, components, and iconography
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure brand alignment across digital and physical experiences
- Translate complex AI, computer-vision, and healthcare workflows into clear, minimal, executive-ready visuals
- Design diagrams, illustrations, and visual frameworks that explain how Teton’s system works
- Support feature launches with storyboards, product explanations, and system-level diagrams
- Build polished, high-impact decks for sales, conferences, customer meetings, board presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Create visuals and creative assets for blog posts, social content, case studies, webinars, marketing and email campaigns
- Develop event visuals that elevate Teton’s presence at healthcare conferences and operator summits
- Own end-to-end design development, from early exploration to final production-quality assets
- Maintain and expand Teton’s asset libraries, ensuring teams across the company have quick access to on-brand materials
- Establish processes that ensure design quality, speed, and scalability as we grow
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing, product marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure visual storytelling aligns with customer needs and Teton’s strategic narrative
- Partner with leadership to refine and elevate executive-facing communications
- Provide design support for high-priority internal initiatives, including recruiting, culture, and investor communications
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, clarity, and a clean, minimal design aesthetic
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion, illustration, or light 3D is a plus
- Strong ability to translate complex, technical ideas into simple, intuitive visuals
- Experience creating decks, diagrams, product explainers, and system-level storytelling
- Highly organized designer who maintains structure, documentation, and scalable design workflows
- Collaborative, detail-oriented builder who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Resourceful creative who uses GenAI tools to speed up execution and expand creative options
- Interest in working in healthcare, AI, or other technically complex industries
