About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume positions.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further stages.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Perform in accordance with internal recruitment processes and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates, taking ownership for building a pipeline of candidates.
  • Support with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of previous recruitment experience.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and the gaming industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactivity and passion for working with people.
