• Define and execute a global ecosystem partnerships strategy aligned to Testlio’s GTM priorities and ICPs.
• Identify sell‑with partnerships to accelerate revenue, retention, and expansion.

• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements spanning joint GTM motions, co‑marketing initiatives, Field enablement, commercial alignment (referrals, resale, services attach).
• Build repeatable sell‑with motion in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership.
• Own clear revenue and pipeline targets tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced booked revenue.
• Enable field teams with partner‑specific use cases, joint value propositions, and account‑level playbooks.
• Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline with clear targets, attribution, and reporting.
• Partner closely with Product to prioritize integrations that unlock GTM leverage and ensure partner solutions are easy to sell and easy to deploy.
• Act as the voice of the ecosystem internally, translating partner needs into actionable product and roadmap input.
• Establish partner tiers, onboarding programs, certification programs, and enablement resources to accelerate adoption.

Account Director – Benelux Region

• Workflow Optimization: Audit existing HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, etc.) and rebuild them to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and eliminate unnecessary "slack-tagging."
• Global Compliance Architecture: Manage HR operations across multiple time zones and jurisdictions, ensuring our policies (and payroll inputs) are compliant and culturally nuanced.
• Employee Relations Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, contracts, and workplace concerns, escalating thoughtfully when needed.
• Documentation & "Async" Culture: Create and maintain a "Source of Truth" internal wiki. You will write the playbooks that allow employees to find answers without needing a live meeting.
• Systems Management: Act as the super-user for our HRIS. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and leveraging the tool’s full automation capabilities.
• Employee Experience (The "Basics"): Ensure that, despite being remote and global, the "moments that matter" (first day, promotions, life events) are handled with precision and care.

HR Operations Generalist – EMEA

Business Development Rep

• Work with the Field Leadership (VP - North America and VP - EMEA) to directly execute outbound prospecting (email, phone, social) to engage high-value target accounts, serving as the 'lead scout' to refine Testlio's outbound messaging.
• Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Directors by uncovering customer pain points, goals, and decision-making structures.
• Personalize outreach using account research, industry trends, and Testlio use cases to create relevant conversations.
• Collaborate closely with Account Directors to align on account strategy, messaging, and handoff expectations.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM tools to support forecasting and performance tracking.
• Continuously test, refine, and improve outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
