About the role
- manage the development and execution of our market intelligence, market research, and competitive intelligence functions
- ensure timely and accurate development of market share monitoring
- lead the function to deliver market analysis for new product market opportunities
- support investor relations requests for TC
- manage access to key market data sources
- execute primary ad hoc market research
- monitor macro market conditions, competitor news and product launches
- leverage the available Business Intelligence capabilities within the organization
- manage, mentor and coach others within the function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- a minimum of 10 years of overall business experience
- 7 years of direct market research and/or marketing analytics experience, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry
- Experience implementing projects and leading cross-functional teams required
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, specifically the vascular and venous systems preferred
