• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in plastic processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

• Support the qualification of external suppliers for tubing extrusion, film production, and plastic compounding.
• Oversee engineering standards for tubing extrusion, film production, and plastic compounding.
