Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS (revenue / sales leadership)
- Have built and scaled revenue, not just maintained it
- Strong in mid-market / enterprise sales
- Know how to run pipeline + forecasting properly
- Comfortable being hands-on when needed
- High ownership
- eCommerce / media / marketplace experience
- Product-led or hybrid sales exposure
- Experience across regions
