About the role
- Lead planning, execution, and closure of large-scale or high-impact projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project team members and external partners.
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, departmental, and organizational policies.
- Monitor project performance; report on progress, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of (7) years of project management experience, preferably in federal or large-scale environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
