Backend Engineer

• Configure, validate and test tax rules in the ERP and satellite systems.
• Review master data and establish tax data governance.
• Ensure correct calculation of taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS and ISS), guaranteeing consistency between tax and accounting records.
• Monitor tax reform legislation and translate operational impacts for the business.
• Support system implementation projects, new operations and process changes from a tax perspective.
• Review tax filings and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance during audits and tax inspections.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate tax processes.
