Analyst

• Elicit and analyze requirements with business areas, identifying opportunities for the application of data, automation, and AI;
• Document functional, non-functional, and data requirements in clear, understandable formats for technical teams (data scientists, developers, software development teams);
• Support the definition of AI use cases, establishing business objectives, success metrics, and constraints;
• Ensure requirements comply with data governance policies, privacy (LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and AI ethical standards;
• Participate in validation meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between expectations and deliverables;
• Contribute to the creation of prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs), supporting the prioritization of features with the development team;
• Act as a facilitator of communication between technical teams and business managers, promoting understanding and collaboration.

• Coordinate the portfolio of corporate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Define, implement and monitor project methodologies, processes and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support project owners and teams in applying best management practices (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
• Consolidate and report project status to the board
• Manage risks, changes and inter-project dependencies
• Lead follow-up meetings (committees, status reports, lessons learned, etc.)
• Promote a governance culture and continuous improvement in project management
• Support prioritization and allocation of resources across projects.
