About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise area management by providing legal support to the company in routine and strategic corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review and update corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes, corporate books, shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Coordinate corporate filings with Commercial Registries (Juntas Comerciais), Notary Offices (Cartórios), and other competent authorities.
  • Draft, review, analyze and negotiate commercial contracts, supply agreements, service agreements, engineering contracts, confidentiality agreements, strategic partnership agreements and other contractual instruments.
  • Work collaboratively with strategic and support departments such as Accounting, Controllership, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Commercial/Sales.
  • Ensure proper formalization of legal instruments, monitoring of contract terms and expiration, risk mitigation and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure organization, updating and standardization of physical and digital files and legal systems.
  • Support implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Compliance, Corporate Governance and Personal Data Protection (LGPD) policies.
  • Assist in conducting third-party due diligence, background checks, integrity analyses and risk classification.
  • Prepare legal opinions, technical notes and formal responses to internal departments, under the supervision of Legal Management.
  • Support leadership and strategic areas in assessing legal risks and structuring legally sound solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Act with a strategic mindset and results orientation, proposing alternatives that balance legal certainty, operational efficiency and business viability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of corporate contracts and corporate transactions.
  • Experience in due diligence and compliance processes; background in Corporate, Contract or Business Law.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD) and good corporate governance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management systems.
