About the role

  • Manage and convert a predominantly inbound-driven B2B pipeline from initial contact through to a signed LOI (Letter of Intent)
  • Qualify incoming leads from IPPs (independent power producers), independent asset owners and community energy cooperatives (10 MW+), and selectively leverage your existing network for additional opportunities
  • Maintain a structured CRM system and produce reliable forecasts
  • Clearly communicate the commercial value of our storage solutions and direct marketing offerings based on existing business cases and performance assumptions
  • Work closely with internal technical and trading teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
  • Maintain and develop long-term commercial customer relationships
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across additional assets

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in renewable energy or energy-related infrastructure, with exposure to utility-scale PV and wind
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts
  • Solid understanding of the economic drivers of renewable assets and relevant stakeholder structures
  • Structured, independent, and performance-oriented work style
  • Business-fluent German (C1+) and very strong English skills
  • Experience in direct marketing (Direktvermarktung) is desirable
  • Exposure to battery storage or hybrid projects
  • Solid experience in the PV or wind sector (utility-scale preferred)
