About the role

  • You are the main point of contact for our customers in Northern and Eastern Germany and support them while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Managing existing customers (preparing customer and site appointments as well as customer visits) and acquiring new customers in Northern and Eastern Germany are your responsibilities.
  • You collaborate with the team to prepare proposals, calculate and estimate costs, negotiate rental and purchase contracts, and coordinate project execution.
  • You actively contribute to strategic projects for market development and/or market cultivation within your sales territory; you also maintain close communication with the internal sales team (forwarding orders and quote-related information).

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial or technical vocational training and have professional experience in field sales (ideally in civil engineering/specialized civil engineering).
  • You are committed to finding innovative, tailored solutions for complex problems and bring a high level of machinery competence as well as a very good understanding of processes and equipment applications on specialized civil engineering sites.
  • You are motivated to excite customers through excellent advice and solutions; you work responsibly and independently to achieve your targets.
  • A high willingness to travel and be deployed as needed, as well as a Class B driving license, complete your profile.
