About the role
- The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives.
- Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
- Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory.
- Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and lead meetings focused on skill development.
- Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to understand training and development needs.
- Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.
- Monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership.
- Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence at the branch level.
- Increases unit sales and dollars by implementing, teaching, and enforcing company sales practices.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
- Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
