Executive Assistant

• Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects.
• Support the CEO by anticipating needs, prioritizing requests, and ensuring focus on the highest-value work.
• Serve as a communication hub—helping the CEO stay aligned with cross-functional leaders and ensuring follow-through on priorities.
• Manage the Austin office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Support cross-functional projects and assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal and external communications.
• Coordinate and organize leadership and company-wide meetings, including agendas and various logistics.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of company events, leadership offsites, and team building activities.
