About the role
- Identify fleets in Terawatt’s target segments that have or are planning to transition to BEVs
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to key decision makers, effectively communicating the value of Terawatt’s product
- Research potential clients' shipping routes, fleet sizes, operational patterns, business goals, and sustainability commitments
- Determine technical fit by assessing a fleet's electrification timeline and vehicle procurement plans
- Stay current on trucking regulations, EV truck manufacturing plans, and logistics trends
- Represent Terawatt’s brand at industry events and conferences
- Tour prospective customers around sites, particularly in Southern California
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or energy is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo or similar CRM and prospecting tools
