About the role

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Delivery team
  • Assist with internal processes and tools such as Salesforce and other system-related needs
  • Coordinate internal and external scheduling for technical teams and manage team calendars
  • Ensure efficient time allocation for internal and customer-facing activities
  • Support process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Work closely with internal departments (Delivery, Finance, Business Operations) and external customers
  • Collaborate with global teams and customers across multiple time zones requiring flexibility and clear communication

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a global high-tech company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) – an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Fluency in English – required
  • Daily work with Salesforce, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), project management tools (e.g., Monday), and internal reporting dashboards.
