Lead backlog refinement, planning sessions, daily team check-ins, and delivery retrospectives (or equivalent team rituals) with a focus on clarity, flow, and quality.
Operate effectively within the chosen delivery methodology (Agile, Kanban, or hybrid), driving predictable outcomes.
Continuously optimize workflows, throughput, and communication between teams.
Adapt process and cadence to match the needs of both platform and feature delivery.
Manage the Construct backlog across features, platform services, and integrations.
Prioritize work to balance new feature delivery, refactoring, and technical debt.
Ensure all product increments are testable, measurable, and tied to clear delivery outcomes.
Drive testing and release execution to ensure features land reliably and on schedule.
Work closely with the Product organization to align priorities, maintain team focus, and ensure delivery of high-value work.
Collaborate daily with three engineering group leads: Platform & Applications, AI/ML, Mobile.
Identify and clear cross-team dependencies before they block delivery.
Support coordinated releases across platform and application layers.
Translate goals into measurable, delivery-focused outcomes.
Use delivery data to help keep priorities realistic and on track.
Communicate progress, blockers, and results clearly to technical and product leadership.
Synthesize complex concepts into simple narratives for cross-functional audiences.
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for both platform and application features.
Partner with design and data teams to validate needs and usability.
Drive user acceptance tests to ensure quality and completeness before release.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or platform context.
