Partner with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to plan and execute launches, promotions, and adoption strategies.
Collaborate with executive, product, and tech leadership to present business cases and influence decision-making.
Monitor product performance, market adoption, and customer satisfaction to validate opportunities and guide ongoing discovery efforts.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong analytical foundation.
5+ years of proven experience in product management within a B2B environment, ideally driving product discovery and market entry.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to launch.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements across diverse teams.
Proven experience collaborating closely with product marketing and sales to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products or features, ensuring successful adoption.
Familiarity with the unique challenges of both SaaS and on-premise deployment models.
Passion for fostering product culture and best practices, with experience in mentoring teams and sharing knowledge across the organization.
