Sales

• Direct and scale Tenzo's existing Sales team, driving performance across both SMB and mid-market restaurant and hospitality segments.
• Own the end-to-end commercial engine, including pipeline management, forecasting, revenue targets, and the refinement of our GTM strategy for different tiers.
• Coach, mentor, and retain our existing team while fostering a strong, inclusive culture and building the operational rhythm - from 1:1s and pipeline reviews to enablement and playbooks.
• Apply rigorous commercial discipline; leverage data - from CAC and payback to win rates and sales cycles - to diagnose performance, optimize processes, and ensure we scale with quality.
• Work closely with founders, marketing, and CS teams to align on demand generation, expansion, and retention strategies as a strategic voice for the business.
