Customer Support

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Support customers with the sale of merchandise, as well as court booking and any tennis-related enquiries.
• Maintain front of house areas, including the pro shop and café, including coffee making, food preparation and stock control.
• Promote Australian Open guided tours and ensure key dates and information is communicated effectively.
• Deliver administration and customer service support to Tennis World tournaments, social leagues and initiatives.
• Advance operations by providing recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of Tennis World.
