About the role
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.
- Support customers with the sale of merchandise, as well as court booking and any tennis-related enquiries.
- Maintain front of house areas, including the pro shop and café, including coffee making, food preparation and stock control.
- Promote Australian Open guided tours and ensure key dates and information is communicated effectively.
- Deliver administration and customer service support to Tennis World tournaments, social leagues and initiatives.
- Advance operations by providing recommendations to support the overall wellbeing of the commercial viability of Tennis World.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
- An eagerness to listen, learn and develop
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in Sport and Leisure Industry
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
