About the role
- Participate in risk assessment process for machinery and equipment.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in conducting TMSS Assessments on machinery and equipment.
- Manage machine safety power apps.
- Perform scheduled machine safety inspections.
- Document findings and suggest necessary safety improvements.
- Assist with training employees on machine safety and LOTOTO procedures.
- Support the investigation of machine-related incidents and near misses.
Requirements
- Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and electrical system
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Strong Knowledge of safety PLC programming
- Familiarity with LOTOTO and machine guarding requirements
- Good problem-solving skills
