About the role
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across the plant.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement operational efficiency initiatives and manage idea generation through the Wave platform.
- Drive Lean methodology adoption and provide training to plant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote process improvements.
- Monitor and report progress of Wave projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Measure and analyze outcomes of improvement projects using Wave tools.
- Coordinate and support P3 implementation within the plant.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.tech
- 8 to 12 yrs. of experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance
- Risk Assessment
- Power BI
