About the role
- Assisting MR for ensuring smooth functioning of IATF 16949
- Ensuring timely completion of Internal System audit & Process audit.
- Compilation of MRM performance data
- Handling of Customer audits
- Assisting MR in Handling Customer complaints
- Ensuring all Customer requirements are met.
- CFT member for Improvement activities, scrap reduction, FMEA review, APQP reviews, Kaizen etc.
- Internal Audits
- Customer Satisfaction – Customer complaints, ratings etc.
Requirements
- B.E. – Mechanical with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Quality in IATF certified company
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience in Quality in IATF certified company
- Knowledge of all Core Quality tools like 7-QC tools, Problem solving (8D), PFMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP
- Good knowledge of IATF requirements
- Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements & manuals
