About the role
- Manage all aspects of a product line within a plant
- Establish goals and objectives for the business
- Achieve or exceed expected performance levels in safety, customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and financial performance.
- Implement formal manufacturing procedures for the facility
- Train and motivate employees for effective workforce
- Monitor and control quality of manufactured parts.
- Maintain records of manufacturing data.
- Communicate and direct resources to meet daily requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience in at least 3 of the following: Hourly Supervision, Salaried Supervision, Quality Management/Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance Management, Human Relations Management, Financial Management, Operations Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical troubleshooting
- Problem-Solving techniques.
