About the role

  • To have robust Preventive, predictive system in place & implementation & monitoring of the same to reduce time.
  • To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.
  • To plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions.
  • Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment.
  • To improves poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability help in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
  • Provide support to process / project engineering in implementing new projects, improving process / machine capabilities & capacities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/ B.tech
  • 8 – 12 yrs of experience
