Drive Market Analysis & Customer Insights translating real-world attacker behavior and customer pain points into product requirements and user stories.
Lead & Mentor Product Management Team managing product managers and diverse stakeholders, driving a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Engineering & UX ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of product features.
Define and Monitor Product KPIs and oversee the operational success and reliability of products in production.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning that articulates value proposition.
Foster Innovation by identifying and driving the adoption of new technologies and engineering methodologies within the product.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including 3+ years managing multiple product teams or a significant product portfolio.
Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps, managing P&L, and scaling product organizations in a high-growth environment.
Expertise in product management best practices, agile methodologies, GTM strategies, and driving organizational process improvements.
10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology industry.
Strong familiarity with scalable, distributed system architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Deep understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and security event processing at scale.
Strong fundamentals in API design (REST/gRPC) and data modeling from a product-definition perspective.
Deep understanding of how AI/ML, LLMs, and Vector databases can be applied to solve complex cybersecurity problems.
Experience defining product requirements for AI-driven features and orchestration frameworks.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve complex business and technical problems.
Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and grow senior technical talent and leadership within the organization.
A strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to building security-first products and automation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Business or Information Security).
