About the role

  • Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in New Jersey.
  • Oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Drive case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners.
  • Champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success across all centers.

Requirements

  • Must have OR Operations experience
  • Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
  • Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis.
Benefits
  • Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-50% depending on role level.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
