About the role
- Ensuring center operations meets USPI’s gold standard processes
- Conducting comprehensive reviews including stakeholder feedback
- Developing continuous improvement action plans by center
- Providing in-person training and education to facility staff
- Recommending performance improvement initiatives to leadership
- Monitoring trends and communicating impact to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare operations and business development
- At least 3 years in an ASC or surgical services environment
- Deep understanding of operating room workflows, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with C-level executives, physicians, frontline staff, and external partners
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid financial acumen and mathematical aptitude
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
