About the role
- Develop and implement the commercial and positioning strategy for Envia.com in the United States.
- Lead the expansion plan, identifying opportunities in new segments, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Represent the company with global partners, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Strengthen the brand’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and logistics/technology forums.
- Coordinate local operations, ensuring the achievement of commercial, financial, and service objectives.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement Business Intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics and technology processes through data analytics.
Requirements
- Current residence in Miami, FL and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, pricing, business development, or leadership positions (Country Manager, Commercial Director, etc.).
- Prior experience in parcel delivery, carriers, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS solutions for e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of international negotiation and data analytics.
- Availability to travel and work U.S. business hours.
