About the role
- Define and lead the Travel Proposition strategy for LAC in alignment with Ten’s global objectives, ensuring bold, forward-looking strategies for Travel to achieve the right market fit - including content and marketing.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Travel partnerships that deliver best-in-market offers and benefits, tailored to the needs of UHNW clients across diverse LAC markets.
- Drive innovation in travel offerings and design impactful campaigns that increase member engagement, requests, and bookings, while clearly communicating value to internal teams and clients.
- Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to share best practices, strengthen synergies, and ensure seamless integration of travel services into existing delivery mechanisms.
- Monitor performance against key metrics (NPS, engagement, commercial targets) to continuously improve propositions. Foster a high-performance culture, providing leadership, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth within the team.
- Represent Ten at industry events and forums, showcasing our thought leadership and strengthening brand presence in the travel space.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ team management experience in the travel space
- Proven experience in senior partnerships, business development, or category leadership within the travel industry (accommodation, transportation, air, loyalty programs)
- Track record of creating and delivering successful regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating high-value partnerships and contracts.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly, engagingly, and with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable results.
- Collaborative mindset, actively breaking down silos and encouraging resource sharing across teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable representing the business externally and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Fluent in Portuguese (preferred).
- GDS knowledge is highly desirable (preferred).
