enable efficient and reliable data exchange for clinical, molecular, and imaging datasets

Requirements

experience writing specifications including REST APIs, preferably in Python
experience in frontend (React Javascript) development or a strong interest in picking up that skill
experience in cloud-native applications and supporting technologies, patterns, and practices including: AWS/GCP cloud services, container orchestration systems, CI/CD systems, event-based integration patterns, and microservices
experience building and running scalable resilient cloud-native data pipelines and microservices in production
experience in agile environments
collaborating and communicating with team members of varying skill sets and from different fields
embrace GenAI tools in day-to-day work to boost productivity
bonus points for: Healthcare domain knowledge and experience with healthcare transmission formats (e.g. FHIR, HL7, ANSI X12) and data models (e.g OMOP)
experience integrating with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
experience building and operating high-throughput data processing systems with spiky workloads
experience with infrastructure concepts such as networking, linux system administration and cloud identity federation (e.g. OIDC)
