- We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Recruiter to join Temporal on a 6 month contract.
- You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position during a pivotal stage of our growth, with direct visibility across executive leadership, hiring managers, and key business initiatives.
- In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across engineering, go-to-market, and general operations functions.
- Working closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership, you’ll develop and execute recruiting strategies that uphold our commitment to hiring with intentionality and excellence.

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to software engineering and technical roles, ideally with distributed systems
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment such as a growth-stage startup or top-tier tech company
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
- Strong working knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms (HireEZ strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without dropping the ball
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making
