We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Recruiter to join Temporal on a 6 month contract. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact position during a pivotal stage of our growth, with direct visibility across executive leadership, hiring managers, and key business initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across engineering, go-to-market, and general operations functions. Working closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership, you’ll develop and execute recruiting strategies that uphold our commitment to hiring with intentionality and excellence.
Your efforts will have a direct impact on Temporal’s scaling trajectory, ensuring we bring in people who share our mission and values and contribute to our culture of excellence and belonging.

Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles.
Proven success in a fast-paced environment such as a growth-stage startup or top-tier tech company.
Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities.
Strong working knowledge of ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms (HireEZ strongly preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without dropping the ball.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams.
A strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making.
