About the role
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of core Revenue Operations strategies and processes.
- Design, support, and execute sales compensation plans and incentive programs, with a critical focus on the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Xactly compensation system.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights, driving sales efficiency and overall revenue growth.
- Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting, reporting, and the optimization of pricing strategies.
- Serve as the technical administrator for Go-To-Market tools (Salesforce), customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to support a data-driven environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation across the revenue organization.
- Stay current on the latest features of Salesforce and other GTM technologies, evaluating their potential for system enhancements and increased efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations or sales enablement role.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Proven experience in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Highspot platforms including system configuration and customization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a “connector” comfortable collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Able to handle high ambiguity but still maintain high judgement.
