About the role

- Understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Make thoughtful design decisions that balance usability, feasibility, and business value.
- Consistently deliver high-quality design work across the product lifecycle. Manage scope effectively, communicate progress clearly, and raise risks early.
- Apply and contribute to Tempo’s design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Lead by example within projects. Support more junior designers through feedback and collaboration, without formal mentoring expectations.
