About the role

  • Own and scale Tempo's global partner marketing strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through our ecosystem of Channel Partners and Marketplace Partners.
  • Lead all partner marketing initiatives worldwide.
  • Build programs that enable partners to successfully market, sell, and implement Tempo's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Sales on account planning and lead routing.
  • Drive content creation and support our bi-weekly partner webinar program.
  • Design, launch, and manage joint marketing campaigns with Channel Partners.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events targeting partner customer bases.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement program that equips partners to effectively market and sell Tempo solutions.
  • Develop partner-focused content including solution briefs, use case guides, and partner success stories.
  • Support and collaborate on Tempo's bi-weekly partner webinar program.
  • Build relationships with Atlassian's partner and ecosystem marketing teams for co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep experience executing co-marketing campaigns and field marketing programs with channel partners
  • Experience supporting co-selling motions, account planning, and lead/opportunity routing processes
  • Strong content creation skills with ability to develop compelling partner-facing materials
  • Experience working with channel partners including Systems Integrators, VARs, consultancies, and resellers
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem, Marketplace dynamics, or similar technology partner ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing co-op/MDF budgets and demonstrating ROI on partner marketing investments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics and attribution to optimize programs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to partners and executives
  • Experience working across global regions with cultural awareness and ability to adapt programs for local markets
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to partner events, conferences, and meetings as needed (estimated 20-30%)
