About the role
- Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications
- Leading application projects from start to finish and meeting project deadlines and goals
- Coordinating the development of new features, testing, and implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades
- Resolving system issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to provide training on system functionality
- Configuring new features and functionality to increase user productivity within the application
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field /clinical specialty
- 5 years Experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently
- General Experience and Knowledge in direct patient care processes and workflows
- General Experience and in-depth knowledge of fundamental hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language
- General Experience overseeing projects with the ability to analyze, diagnose, suggest/implement process changes, as well as find/fix complex problems that involve multiple integrated applications
- General Experience and strong understanding of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA or equivalent
- General Experience in Healthcare IT
