About the role

  • Proven experience in both Hunter and Farmer roles;
  • Experience in the cybersecurity market;
  • Manage client accounts by prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing/renewing opportunities in active, inactive and new accounts;
  • Negotiate contracts and drive opportunity closures;
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions and coordinate internal negotiations with support areas, performing cross-selling and up-selling;
  • Deliver sales (financial) results and maintain and manage margins;
  • Identify client needs and establish strong customer relationships;
  • Work to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite;
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems;
  • Intermediate English desirable;
  • Cyber sales techniques;
  • Knowledge of the information security environment (client and company perspective);
  • Experience selling cybersecurity products and services (SOC, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, EDR, Firewall, Vulnerability Management).
