About the role
- Proven experience in both Hunter and Farmer roles;
- Experience in the cybersecurity market;
- Manage client accounts by prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing/renewing opportunities in active, inactive and new accounts;
- Negotiate contracts and drive opportunity closures;
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions and coordinate internal negotiations with support areas, performing cross-selling and up-selling;
- Deliver sales (financial) results and maintain and manage margins;
- Identify client needs and establish strong customer relationships;
- Work to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite;
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems;
- Intermediate English desirable;
- Cyber sales techniques;
- Knowledge of the information security environment (client and company perspective);
- Experience selling cybersecurity products and services (SOC, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, EDR, Firewall, Vulnerability Management).
