• Guide the client through the evolution of SOC services, focusing on Monitoring, Detection, and Response (MDR).
• Handle onboarding, planning, and monitoring of SOC service evolution according to each client's particularities and specific needs.
• Translate the client's strategic and tactical objectives into operational improvement actions for internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and act consultatively on client requests related to the service.
• Develop tactical roadmaps for service evolution using industry frameworks (SOC-CMM; MITRE ATT&CK; DETT&CT; RE&CT).
• Monitor jointly planned activities as well as tasks identified in War Rooms.
