General Counsel

• Take the lead role in providing legal support for Temedica.
• Work closely with management and advise our teams and departments (Product, Marketing, Regulatory).
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal support across Temedica, focusing on commercial agreements, data protection, IP matters, and day-to-day corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client, partner, vendor, and data agreements.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant processing of personal and health data.
• Protect Temedica’s IP and trademarks and integrate IP safeguards into commercial agreements.
• Prepare shareholder and executive resolutions and manage governance documentation.

Platform Engineer

• Design, prototype, and productionize agentic and AI-driven systems.
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to evolve successful prototypes into simple, reusable components.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP that supports modern applications and AI workloads.
• Participate in general cloud engineering tasks as needed, improving service reliability, scaling systems, and ensuring smooth and secure deployments.

• Contribute to the commercial performance of key pharmaceutical accounts by supporting client acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Own workstreams within client accounts — from opportunity scoping to successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consulting, product, data, tech) to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at operational and mid-management levels.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Temedica’s solutions and insights portfolio.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure measurable impact across projects.
• Contribute to internal best practices and continuously improve how we deliver value to our pharma partners.
