About the role
- Identify high-level test scenarios and develop comprehensive test cases within Agile sprints
- Execute manual test scripts with precision and attention to detail
- Report defects and follow up on resolution to ensure quality standards
- Carry out all QA-related tasks according to defined standards and procedures
- Deliver testing activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies on stable, long-term projects that impact healthcare technology
Requirements
- Diploma in computer science or similar field
- 1+ year experience and strong interest in software quality assurance
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Good understanding of what external customers require from a testing perspective
- Experience with automation, an asset
- ISTQB certification, an asset
