About the role

  • Join the Customer Base Marketing team and make decisions related to strategic investment in marketing enabling tools, activities, and builds with short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Evaluate and prioritize marketing enablement opportunities that drive customer retention, reduce churn, and accelerate ARPU and revenue growth within the customer base.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Create compelling executive presentations and strategic decks that translate technical requirements into business value propositions.
  • Design post-implementation frameworks to measure initiative success through KPIs, customer experience metrics, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, product strategy, or program management
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated ability to leverage data to build robust business cases, quantify ROI, and guide strategic investment decisions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift and rapid decision-making is required
  • Executive presence and communication excellence with the ability to craft compelling narratives, influence senior leadership, and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Cross-functional leadership capabilities with a track record of driving alignment, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in telecommunications and customer base marketing strategies (retention, upsell, churn reduction, ARPU growth)
  • Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Product management experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the technology or MarTech space
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credentials
