About the role

  • Own end-to-end 1:1 campaign execution including quarterly planning, briefing, reporting, testing, and optimization
  • Drive targeted campaigns across multiple channels that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Rally cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that align with segment-specific strategies and business objectives
  • Develop and execute sophisticated customer journey strategies that drive conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize campaign landing pages to maximize conversion performance
  • Use A/B testing and customer insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences from initial touchpoint through landing page to conversion
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams to enhance landing page effectiveness
  • Navigate record contention discussions and drive resolution on competing priorities
  • Advocate for optimal record allocation based on segment performance and opportunity analysis
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting on 1:1 campaign performance across all channels
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing execution within telecommunications or technology industry
  • Experience leading 1:1 campaigns (EM, SMS, DM, Push, and OB campaigns), personalization strategies, and customer journey optimization
  • Expertise developing campaign strategies and rallying cross-functional teams to bring them to market
  • Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
  • Work experience with data visualization tools (Tableau and Domo)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive targeted 1:1 campaigns and deliver results
  • Skill in using data and insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making
  • Focus on personalization and journey optimization to enhance customer experience
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop customer journey strategies that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time
