Partner with TELUS Health stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to leverage AI within their business processes and operations
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand current challenges and translate business needs into well-defined AI solution requirements
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes
Continuously assess the evolving AI landscape and identify new opportunities to drive innovation

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and driving business impact
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to build rapport, manage stakeholders, and explain complex concepts clearly
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business settings
Cloud computing platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) a plus
Passion for innovation, a results-oriented mindset, and a change agent mentality
Management Consulting experience driving business transformation (great-to-haves)
Product Management experience, especially with data-driven products (great-to-haves)
Healthcare experience or background (great-to-haves)
Active participation in AI communities of practice or professional networks (great-to-haves)
Hands on using latest AI tools and building prototypes (great-to-haves)
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.) as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
