About the role
- Independently manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for SMB Systems projects (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
- Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
- Coordinate activities, priorities and timelines across a range of projects ensuring interlock across multiple teams
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and bottlenecks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes
- Ensure all project changes are documented, reviewed, and communicated effectively to all stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and updates
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and key milestones
- Develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a collaborative and trusting work environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of new change to enhance efficiency and scalability of the PMO and End to End Fulfillment Systems Team
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Lead by example and promote best practices for project management across the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management methodologies, principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross functional teams
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and tolerate ambiguity
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Grit, drive for success, and a commitment to delivering promised outcomes
- Great-to-haves: University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Bilingual (English/French)
