About the role

  • Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support by phone, email, and remote access for multiple TELUS products
  • Provide guidance during equipment installation and commissioning
  • Keep customer records up to date in the ticketing system to track customer history and report recurring issues
  • Take a lead role in diagnosing and resolving technical software and hardware issues, collaborating with staff, customers, and vendors as required
  • Contribute to new product development and quality assurance testing
  • Assist in developing product documentation and training materials; train customers on software and hardware via webinars
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Post-secondary technical diploma/certification
  • IT/Network experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable with public speaking and writing
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and capable of leading conference calls with confidence
  • Experience using AI tools and technologies to support daily tasks and improve efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely incident management support and resolution
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Chat)
