About the role
- Provide bilingual (English/French) customer support by phone, email, and remote access for multiple TELUS products
- Provide guidance during equipment installation and commissioning
- Keep customer records up to date in the ticketing system to track customer history and report recurring issues
- Take a lead role in diagnosing and resolving technical software and hardware issues, collaborating with staff, customers, and vendors as required
- Contribute to new product development and quality assurance testing
- Assist in developing product documentation and training materials; train customers on software and hardware via webinars
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Post-secondary technical diploma/certification
- IT/Network experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with public speaking and writing
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and capable of leading conference calls with confidence
- Experience using AI tools and technologies to support daily tasks and improve efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to provide timely incident management support and resolution
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Chat)
