About the role
- Lead site acquisition initiatives across Eastern Canada
- Collaborate with municipalities and regulatory bodies to obtain required permits
- Evaluate and oversee external site acquisition vendors
- Monitor local market conditions and identify new build opportunities
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in acquisition, leasing, or real estate, preferably within telecommunications
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and land-use regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Eastern Canada
