About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end CAPEX drivers and work on programs to improve efficiency
  • Analyze various CAPEX spending trends and forecast using data sources including CAPEX per gross adds, labor and material expenditures, gross adds data, and sales order data
  • Develop CAPEX forecasts and complete month-end activities for TSC
  • Understand and break down complex and ambiguous business issues into manageable components
  • Help advance the business by creating meaningful understanding of business drivers, issues, and opportunities
  • Take initiative to apply your relationship-building skills to support the Consumer Capital Governance team
  • Perform in-depth capital expenditure analyses across various periods for governance and audit compliance
  • Have the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to transform data through data visualization and verbal communication into actionable business insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business experience and a university degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills used to build partnerships and relationships with stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
  • Known for your proactivity, curiosity, and growth mindset
  • Exceptional business acumen to interpret data and forecast business outcomes through modeling
  • Strong analytical, business modeling, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
  • Experience with problem-solving frameworks to decompose and simplify complex and ambiguous issues
  • Ability to establish cross-functional alignment for projects and initiatives
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects end-to-end
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Intermediate English proficiency is required.
