About the role
- Provide short-term counseling services to TELUS Health EAP clients
- Providing counseling services to a diverse range of clients facing personal, professional, or family-related challenges
- Deliver short-term interventions using a solution-focused and collaborative approach
- Manage a varied caseload and support clients with different levels of risk
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources when necessary
Requirements
- Hold a master’s or doctoral degree related to psychology
- Be a member in good standing of your professional order in Quebec
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Needs to be fluent in French
- Possess post-graduate counseling experience with diverse populations
- Be able to establish short-term therapeutic goals using a solution-focused approach
- Be comfortable managing high-risk clinical situations and familiar with available community resources
