About the role
- Manage and forecast an annual budget across capital and operating portfolios
- Collaborate with field teams and vendor contractors in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba to plan and carry out maintenance, repair and upgrade work at mobile sites
- Prioritize and execute high-impact projects from a large set of opportunities, balancing urgent needs with proactive strategic initiatives
- Track financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, quickly identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to absorb unforeseen costs
- Work with the implementation team, the Terrion entity and other key stakeholders to resolve site maintenance issues and ensure smooth network operations
- Analyze historical spending data to identify trends and opportunities, such as replacing frequently failing equipment instead of continuing costly repairs
- Communicate in French and English with internal team members, vendors and partners in Eastern Canada to ensure effective coordination and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience and ability to manage annual budgets of $5–$15 million
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial management, including forecasting, variance tracking and budget planning
- Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively with team members, vendors and partners in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba
- Proven ability to forecast annual expenditures based on known commitments and emerging circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and financial commitments simultaneously
- Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and proactive problem solving rather than reactive responses
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
